A prototype for finding your own dietary sweet spot.
AI-assisted product development·UX and brand strategy·Editorial copy·Mobile-first design
In developmentThe Blueprint is a dynamic assessment tool designed to help women over 40 explore their dietary sweet spot, with attention to hormone health, sleep, and overall vitality.
This is a prototype in active development, shown here as a design and product case study. It is not live to the public, and I haven’t linked to it for that reason.
The tool offers general wellness information only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Its backend is being rebuilt, and its nutrition guidance has not yet been reviewed by a registered dietitian. That review is a planned step before any public launch.
Most of the audience will meet this on a phone, so I designed it that way first. These are screens from the current prototype.

The experience is designed to feel like a conversation, not a form to survive.
I shaped the concept and audience, designed the mobile experience and brand feel, wrote the interface copy, and built the working prototype with AI-assisted development tools.
Because this is health-adjacent, I treated careful language as part of the design: no promises, no claims, and a plain statement of what the tool is and isn’t.
